As summer is approaching everyone is talking about the ‘bikini diet’. Well bikini or no bikini one thing I know is I need to get into shape. Same old story different week! My sister is getting married in a couple of days and I have been absolutely awful in getting into shape. Work has been busy,as well as preparations and various projects with the blog and excuses aside I really should make more time. One thing I am conscious of though is that I need to eat more healthier. I’ve tried to adopt green juices in my diet and have no ‘time’ excuses as I’ve found one way to make juices in under 2 minutes! Yes 2 minutes!
We bought the Nutribullet last year and I must say it was one of the best investments we made. It really is a lifesaver to those who don’t feel like they have enough time in the day. I am going to list my smoothie recipe below but you can chop and change the flavours and fruits to suit your own taste buds. If you have time you can use fresh fruit and veg but frozen is equally nutritious and just as yummy. You can purchase all items from any supermarket.
- Frozen Mango
- Fresh Ginger
- Chia Seeds
(you can add kale/blueberries/strawberries/broccoli etc.)
Add all ingredients inside the bullet, fill to the line and blitz for 20 seconds and wham! Done! You only have to rinse the bullet with liquid and its so easy to clean, it also comes with various cups and gadgets to drink on the go.
